Maritimus Excelsior Suites opened on July 2018. We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun.  Our villa is situated in a safe shallow Blue Flag beach.
Experience

Maritimus can be let in two self-contained sections with separate entrances or as a whole property. Υou have the option to book only the ground floor, the upper floor or the whole villa depending on availability. The entire property sleeps up to 10 people on three floors

Ground floor has all the modern facilities and contains one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 4 comfortably). It has two full bathrooms (one en suite) and a fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. Facilities include a communal swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and garden. Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Parking on premises, Wi-Fi and Netflix TV. Apartments are cleaned daily.

OUR ACTIONS FOR STAYING HEALTHY & SAFE DURING YOUR STAY IN MARITIMUS EXCELSIOR:

• We support and follow the guidelines and recommendations of local and health authorities;
• All staff members have been provided with information and follow special instructions about COVID-19;
• We strictly adhere to all handwashing and hand hygiene procedures;
• We have reviewed our cleaning and hygiene protocols in accordance with the instructions published by the authorities pertaining to COVID-19;
• We apply a disinfection procedure for exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals, light switches and sockets, using anti-bacterial liquids.
• We plan to place dispensers for disinfectants in public areas;
• Check-in can be done outdoors;
• Sunbeds and are disinfected using approved products and all bed linen is treated at high temperature;
• Villa keys will be disinfected and placed in a sterilized bag before the arrival of our guests;
• All remote controls (TV, Air-Conditioning) will have disposable covers
• Swimming Pools are maintained on a daily basis and disinfection is ensured through chlorination;
• There will be a predetermined time for the cleaning of the rooms and the accommodation areas in general after consultation in order to observe social distancing between our guests and our staff;
• Visitors are allowed as long as all protection and hygiene procedures are strictly observed (gloves, masks, use of disinfectant, etc.) and with the permission of the owners.

• Υποστηρίζουμε και ακολουθούμε τις οδηγίες και τις συστάσεις των τοπικών και υγειονομικών αρχών
• Όλα τα μέλη του προσωπικού έχουν λάβει πληροφορίες και ακολουθούν ειδικές οδηγίες σχετικά με τον COVID-19.
• Τηρούμε αυστηρά όλες τις διαδικασίες πλυσίματος και υγιεινής των χεριών.
• Εξετάσαμε τα πρωτόκολλα καθαρισμού και υγιεινής σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες που δημοσιεύθηκαν από τις αρχές σχετικά με τον COVID-19
• Εφαρμόζουμε μια διαδικασία απολύμανσης για εκτεθειμένες επιφάνειες όπως χερούλια θυρών, ακροδέκτες καρτών, διακόπτες φώτων και πρίζες, χρησιμοποιώντας αντιβακτηριδιακά υγρά.
• Σκοπεύουμε να τοποθετήσουμε δοσομετρητές για απολυμαντικά σε δημόσιους χώρους
• Το check-in μπορεί να γίνει σε εξωτερικούς χώρους
• Οι ξαπλώστρες απολυμαίνονται με χρήση εγκεκριμένων προϊόντων και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα επεξεργάζονται σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία
• Τα κλειδιά της βίλας θα απολυμανθούν και θα τοποθετηθούν σε αποστειρωμένη σακούλα πριν από την άφιξη των επισκεπτών μας
• Όλα τα τηλεχειριστήρια (τηλεόραση, κλιματισμός) έχουν καλύμματα μιας χρήσης
• Οι πισίνες συντηρούνται σε καθημερινή βάση και εξασφαλίζεται η απολύμανση μέσω χλωρίωσης
• Θα υπάρχει προκαθορισμένος χρόνος για τον καθαρισμό των δωματίων και γενικά των χώρων διαμονής κατόπιν συνεννόησης προκειμένου να τηρηθεί η κοινωνική απόσταση μεταξύ των επισκεπτών μας και του προσωπικού μας
•Επιτρέπονται οι επισκέπτες εφόσον τηρούνται αυστηρά όλες οι διαδικασίες προστασίας και υγιεινής (γάντια, μάσκες, χρήση απολυμαντικού κ.λπ.) και με την άδεια των ιδιοκτητών.
